1. What is the recommended age group for this meeting?
We accept children from age 7-12 years. We will make exceptions for those who are younger if they are coming with a group and accompanied by an adult group leader or their parents.

2. Must we send adults for Group registration?
YES. Churches sending 5 or more children must register as a group and send 2 leaders for every 10 children.
This is important to help us fully engage the children in prayer.

3. Will our group be split up?
NO. We will assign your groups to stay with your leaders and not split you up.
We are using more than one room for the Children GDOP meeting but your church group will be kept together.

4. How will the children be registered & dismissed?
The children will be registered in Hall 8 itself. Parent's/Leaders who pre-register will receive a Confirmation letter outlining where to go and what to do. PLEASE BRING THE LETTER WITH YOU ON 31 MAY. The letter is important for identification and will enable you to proceed into the hall with your child should the hall be full.

Walk-in participants should follow the directions to go to the Children's meeting room-see layout below.

Individuals:
Upon registration, you will:
Receive a tag identical to your child – you must keep this tag with you and note the colour/grouping.
The colour represents the room your child will be in.

Your child will be taken to the Children’s prayer room whilst you proceed for the prayer meeting.

Groups
Those registered as church groups will be signed-in as a group (leaders take attendance).

Please make your way into the Hall 8 and go to Children's registration desk. You will receive coloured tags for your children -
The colour represents the room your group will be in.

Collection of children:

  1. Please proceed to the respective room at the end of the prayer meeting at 5:30pm or 10:00pm (see map below).
  2. For the safety of your child, you will be allowed into the rooms in batches.  Please follow the ushers instructions and wait patiently for your turn.
  3. You must surrender your collection tag before leaving with your child. If you have misplaced your collection tag, please approach the Children’s Registration Counter immediately.
Children who have been registered as a church group will have to leave as a group

Those arriving by coaches will drop off at the front of Hall 8 and Hall 10 The buses are to come in 5 at a time, drop off the passengers and move off to wait at the holding area near the industrial park. And then come back again to do the pick up. (download ppt of map)
